STARTER and ADVANCED meet one-off assessment needs. EXECUTIVE PACK and BOOSTER PACK provide 12 months of use, with action tracking and information updates as your conversations progress. These subscriptions include 6 and 12 hours of expert support respectively.

Usage is governed by your chosen plan and fair-use rules. AI features have an indicative threshold of 2,000,000 tokens per month per contracted environment, unless otherwise agreed.Read the AI terms of use.

AI helps interpret, structure and present information using the knowledge base and your context. It can make mistakes, so results must be reviewed and validated. VITEFIX supports your teams and their professional judgement.

The VITEFIX platform and its AI services are hosted in France on Microsoft Azure. Platform inputs and outputs are not used to train the models. The public website, email services and Clientify involve separate data processing.Read the privacy policy and data retention periods.

With an annual plan, you can request a summary, review priorities and update the assessment as your situation changes. Reviews rely on the information you share; they do not replace your monitoring tools.
